LRC external editing software suddenly stopped working

I use various external editors with in lightroom including photoshop cc all of a sudden, they all stopped working including photoshop and when i choose an editor with in lightroom lightroom freezes and have to go through task manager to exit lightroom.

Im still running on windows 10

Are the Menu links for 'Edit in External Editors' greyed out?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.4.1, Photoshop 27.8, ACR 18.4, Lightroom 9.4, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

no im able to click on the links but nothing happens and it freezes up lightroom have to go threw task mananger to exit lightroom

First step is to reset LrC preferences file as detailed in the below article. Place a copy of the current Preferences file on your desktop so it can be easily restored if the issue persists.
