LrC freezes on MacBook Pro Ventura (macOS Ventura 13.0.1)

I have upgraded my MacBook M1 to Ventura and Lightroom Classic to v12. Now, I can't synchronize anymore. It seems like LrC is consuming too much memory until it freezes.

macOS is Ventura 13.0.1 on a MacBook Pro M1, 2020 with 16GB memory

LrC is version 12.0.1

I have an M1 Mac mini w/16GB of RAM and over 400k photos in my active catalog, and it works fine. Biggest issue is the spinny external hard drive performance (I have nine drives connected.)

As a first troubleshooting step, ensure you've granted LR Full Disk Access (not Files and Folders) permission:

I've been holding off on doing this update for this reason. Does anyone know when Adobe will address this? Or, are they expecting Apple to fix it?
