LrC froze MacBook Air

Been using LrC on my Macbook Air for a few months.  I realized I was using the wrong catalog, as all my photos from 2019 - 2023 were missing.   So I tried to open a different catalog, and my screen froze as shown. I am able to use Safari, open Mail, but the screen that opened in Lightroom Classic is frozen. Unable to shutdown or restart the computer. Unable to Force Quit. Nothing in the drop down menu works. How do I get out of this screen?

And that error message about the facebook plugin, you did click on it, correct?

 

And up in your Creative Cloud in the top bar, the red indicator, what is that about? Have you investigated that?

Did you try opening Activity Monitor and killing all Adobe-related processes?
