LRC Histogram highlight show clipping on library

It's very difficult to prove a negative, but AFAIK there is no setting or option provided to do this.

I would just observe that a) very often clipping indication is for just small clusters of pixels, which may not be well representable in thumbnail view; b) the presence of clipping warnings does not always require getting rid of those warnings; c) the small or large extent of clipping warnings may not equate to how pictorially important (or unimportant) those may be.

I guess some sort of 'badge' or 'flag' could give a heads-up of when images' current processing delivers some threshold number of clipped pixels. But this might be a very computation-intensive process to do 'up front': each photo would need to be fully processed-out to determine this. I guess it could happen as part of Library previews generation, except then the clipping warning might relate to the colourspace of that preview: which may not be appropriate. Even then, one could not evaluate what (if any) action was needed in response without inspecting the photo itself. One would surely not want to in effect dismiss from consideration those photos which failed the threshold if their clipping was then going to be unnecessary, or trivially easy, to resolve.
