LrC is not launching

Hey,

the last time I used my LrC was two days ago. Today, I has stopped launching. I can find it in the Task Manager however (and stop it there).

I have tried the following: removing the catalog backup from one drive and putting it on my C: drive. Deleting the lock file. New install in the creative cloud.

I can open the "Lightroom Catalog" from last year when I set up the PC, but all my catalogs and presets are gone. Neither the 13.3. file nor the backups open, then the programm goes back to opening in the background. I have several thousand pictures in there from commercial shootings, so I´m really really anxious about loosing those.

That screenshot looks like it is of the backup of your catalog, that you are looking in the backup folder. And that catalog is probably actually compressed. This is not your working catalog. If you do want to use it, you would need to copy it to another folder and un-compress it.

Otherwise look elsewhere for the proper catalog.
