After sending the crash report, an Adobe system compatibility check shows no problems! What to do?

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

Dear Rikk,
Thanks for you feedback and reply.
There seems to be something fundamentally wrong, as I have sent the crash reports dozens of times using the Error mask "Adobe may contact me for fixes and workarounds". And, I always used my Adobe account email, which I also used to send my topic in this community.

Regarding the crash report, I have attached some screenshots (sorry in German, but I think you know what is meant). It is definitely a message from LrC. The subsequent compatibility test did not reveal any compatibility problems. I am also surprised that Photoshop and Lightroom appear to be running normally.
I have already tried many things (turned off GPU support in Photoshop, made sure all drivers and versions were up to date, etc.) but nothing has worked so far.
I had already considered switching to competing products, as I have had this problem for months. This is my last attempt and I hope you can help me.

I checked again this morning and found a single report from you.

The crash occurs in: VCRUNTIME140_1.dll

You may need to reinstall/install the runtime environment.
