LRC not importing all photos and folder is hidden when does import

Question

I am using LRC 13.1. My photos are not showing up when I import the folder. In the import dialogue, all the photos are there, but when I click import, either all photos show up but with some photos sporadically greyed out, or a few to all photos show up as grey out of 1700.

Then, when I go to the folder in the folder section, it does not appear. Sometimes this has happened before so I search for the name and can usually find it. The folder is not showing up at all, even when I search for it. The only way I can see what's available is through the previous import section, but now all of the photos are greyed out as well. I have tried importing the folder again and the same thing has happened. I have closed and opened LRC again and it did not improve. I'm not sure what other steps to take.

Are you imorting using ADD or COPY or MOVE?

When this problem happens, please make a screen capture of your entire Import dialog box and include it in your reply by using the "Insert Photos" icon, do NOT attach files.
