Lrc not loading previews

Lrc 12.2.1 opens but won't load previews running on Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1.  It just says loading but never loads.  I can see my collection labels and quantities but it never loads.  Any ideas will help.  Truth be told I'm a novice so I know I've screwed up my catalogs but Lrc has never not loaded previews.  HelP!!!
