LRC old catalogues

Confused as to what LRC catalogues etc I can delete, I do delete old backups and just keep a couple, but it's the catalogues that's confusing. Attached is a screenshot, what's safe to delete please.

Look at the modification dates of the .lrcat files. These are the catalog files and that particular catalog has not been opened since that date. That means a catalog with an old date, and all the files with the same name, can be deleted.

Thanks for your quick reply, but just to clarify delete all versions pre v13-3 including helper files and previews with old modified dates?
