LrC (PC) How do I copy "development settings" that will include spot heal removal?

Hi,

I have 490 images and would like to copy "development settings" and apply it to all the photos that would include "spot removal."  Is this option no longer available when I paste "development settings" in the check box menu?

It's currently called "Remove"
