Lrc preset problem

I added many presets to Lightroom and there were no problems. Then I deleted the presets from Lightroom, I don't know why, but now I can't load the same presets. I would appreciate any help.

I've deleted and reinstalled Lightroom several times, but to no avail. When I try to add a preset by clicking the + icon in the preset tab on the left, I get this warning.

Develop presets are shared with Camera Raw and stored here:

C: \ Users \ [your username] \ AppData \ Roaming \ Adobe \ CameraRaw \ Settings

Check that this folder is available and has the correct permissions, and was not replaced by a file with the same name.
