LRC Remove Tool Do Not Work

Since a month ago or so the removal tool in LRC has stopped working. I.e. I can select the tool and mark the area that I would like to remove and the tool start working. BUT nothing is removed!? The tool has worked and I have used several times. I work perfectly well in PS.

Is your Opacity set to a low value?

Hi

 

There is no setting for opacity for this tool, at least not what I can see.
