LrC slow since last update 12.2

Since the last update of Lr classic 12.2, Lr has become very slow.

    Yes that is indeed correct. I have updated LrC to 12.2.1 but unfortunately that does not solve the problem yet.

    Also, define what is slow? What are you doing in LrC that is slow?

    When I export an photofile and when I working with the Masks

    When working with masks in LrC 12 has been terribly slow for me as well.  The more I lean on them the slower it gets to the point of being unusable.  I eventually round tripped an exported PSD to flatten the file which helped but lost a lot of history that way.  I brought the same file over to a MacOS M2 and edited the original RAW image with the masks with no waiting (the PC was built for graphics but 3 yrs old and not as good as the MBP).  I even noticed that mouse events seemed to be processed out of order when using a number of OBJECT masks concatenated.
    ADOBE... would it be possible to "flatten" compound masks (meaning a mask with multiple "+" and "-" additions at the users discretion.  It seemed from a user point of view that is where things got bogged down.  If flattening a subject + 2 objects + 2 brushes like flattening layers in PS would mean reducing the number of items being processed then perhaps its and option worth persuing.

    Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
