LrC Sync Freezing

LrC keeps freezing during sync.

I recently bought a Mac Studio and decided to start using LrC. So, I began the process of syncing with Lr, to get all the photos onto LrC. During syncing, I started getting the Mac beachball of death!

No matter what I do, I cannot get it to stop freezing. It has now taken me something like 2 hours just to get 788 photos synced! I have seen lots of complaints about this online. Is Adobe fixing this or what?

Any advice?

I have already checked to see if it is the GPU and it is not the prob. I have also uninstalled LrC and reinstalled. Still not fixed.
