LrC tool bar locks up

LrC 15.4.1. MacOS 15.6.2  When LrC is opened for a longer period of time the upper tool bar locks up. I can't hide LrC or access any other tools. I've had to force quit LrC a few times.

    Thanks for reporting this and for your patience. Since your report was based on Lightroom Classic 15.4.1, could you first update to the latest Lightroom Classic 15.5 & macOS 15.7.9 and check whether the toolbar still becomes unresponsive after Lightroom has been running for some time?
     

    If the issue persists, could you please share:

    • System Info: Go to Help > System Info, click Copy, and paste the contents here.

    • Approximately how long Lightroom Classic needs to remain open before the issue occurs.

    • Whether Lightroom itself continues responding when the toolbar locks up, or whether the entire application eventually becomes unresponsive.

    • A short screen recording showing the behavior, if possible.

     

    Since this develops over time rather than immediately after launch, those details will help us narrow down what may be triggering it.

    I forgot that I posted this. Sorry about that. I have been using LrC since 2011 and almost never have an issue. I did update to 15.5 and the latest macOS which see is now 26.6.1 and it cleared up. It cleared up before v26.  I always update the day Adobe releases updates and on the Mac as well.
