LrC v11.3.1 refuses to open

Hi

LrC just refuses to open since it got updated to v11.3.1.

Am running v11.3.1 on Windows 10 and everything was working just fine before.

Tried to uninstall / reinstall (keeping preferences), it did not work.

Also tried to rename "Lightroom Classic CC 7 Preferences.agprefs" to "Lightroom Classic CC 7 Preferences OLD.agprefs", it made no difference.

Have work waiting for me and am completely stuck please help!

And did you check for a lock file that did not get deleated ?

You might try reisntalling but NOT keeping preferences.
