LrC V13 won’t export and crashes when trying to export

I have recently upgraded to V13 on my LRCC - the catalog is working fine and I can import, edit and use masks and my presets with no issue 

 

When I select my images to export as I usually do the export progress bar appears but then does nothing - if I go to use my mouse the colourful swirly circle appears and then does nothing - then the whole computer crashes 

 

I am currently on shoot deadlines and have tried everything I know including:

 

turning off the GPU

Loading a new catalog 

checking my hard drive has no issues 

exporting different destinations 

 

can anyone help

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

 

If you're on Mac, also click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner and do About This Mac. Post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the About window.
