LRC will only open certain catalogs and spinning wheel on others

My main catalog no longer opens.  I have reinstalled LRC and can open older catalogs but not the desired catalog.  When I try, i get the Spinning Wheel (Macbook Pro - M1 - Ventura). The catalog I intend to open has my complete collection on it.  Oooooh , so frustrating.  See Pics of before open and after opening.

Try the following, shut down LrC and go to the folder where your Lightroom Catlog file is located. See if there is a file called Lightroom Catalog-v12-2.lrcat.lock if so delete that LOCK file and nothing else. That lock file mabe be what is preventing your Catalog from being opened.

Next double click on the Catalog file and that should boot LrC and open the Catalog.

See the following from you screen captures from your initial post.

The file you're seeing are normal and expected.

As to why it's not opening, I've no direct idea.

You could try making a new catalog and importing your old one into it via "Import from Another Catalog".

So there's obviously an issue with the original catalog. It's time to start looking at backup catalogs I'm afraid.

I'm not as familiar with SQLite as I'd like put it's possible the vacuum command could help with it. There was a way to copy to a temporay catalog and then make a new clean catalog, but it hasn't worked for me recently.
