LRC won't launch, but shows as an instance in Task Manager

I went to open LRC in Windows 11 this morning and the program would not launch, although the instance shows as an active process in Task Manager.  I used shift+alt to reset preferences thinking they had been corrupted, but that did not work to launch the program.  The next step was to uninstall and reinstall.  That also did not work.  Other Adobe programs launch as usual.  Please assist.
