LRClassic user with renewal confirmation email but cannot sign-in.

I just got back from vacation and was eagar to download photoes. I have been using LR classic for years and am not a new user.  After update Lightroom classic does not recognize my license and prompts me to get free trial. I have Creative Cloud account and email with Lightroom renewal receipt. I hae already paid! How do I sign-in to use it?
