LRmogrify2 on Sequoia - Apple could not verify 'magick' is free of malware that may harm your Mac

LRc 13.5.1 on MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.0

First time installing LRmogrify2 which I hoped could add dynamic (date) watermark and the canvas option on exporting but, after installing with Plugin Manager, I get the following errors. Trying to follow steps in the thread [https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/lrmogrify2-and-catalina-os/td-p/10742403] but fails at

step d. Hold down the Ctrl key, right-click "mogrify" "magick", and do Open.

With a pop up saying "magick" Not Opened - Apple could not verify "magick" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.

Any new fixes as Apple has hardened their anti-malware?
