Hey @gjmurphy,

I might need a bit more information but, can I have you start by doing the following:

Try reauthorizing the plug-in. In the Library module, right-click the Publish Service plug-in and choose Edit Settings. From there, click Remove Authorization, then hit Authorize and follow the steps to reconnect your Publishing Services account.

The problem I’m having is that while the plugin shows up “installed and running” in the Plugin Manager it doesn’t show up in the Publish Service panel.

Hi @gjmurphy,

Thanks for the clarification. Before we go further, please confirm which plugin (name and version) you are using.

Right now, Lightroom Classic shows the plugin as “installed and running,” but it's not registering it as a Publish Service. To understand why, we first need to identify the exact plugin involved.

Also, if possible, please share screenshots or a screen recording of it.

Once you share that, I’ll take it forward.
