Ma license Lightroom classic n,'est pas reconnue

Je reçois ce message d'erreur alors que ma licence est à jour sur le site de Adobe. Je ne dépasse pas cette étape. Je ne peux pas acheter une deuxieme licence pour le même produit. Que me proposez-vous?

Check that you are signed in with the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App using the same Account ID and password as your subscription.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I also see in your screenp-clip that your folders & files are "Missing". Lightroom-Classic has lost the link with location of your photos.
