Current Lightroom Classic v12 system requirements calls for MACOS Big Sur or newer. Catalina is not supported.

As such, you will not see v12 in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App as an option to upgrade to.

You did not specify what version you are coming from, if V10, then Version 11, should work:

ADMIN/MODERATOR, can this (should this) be moved to Discussion? And can you do so.

If you are coming from v11, then no joy.
