Mac Lr classic and synchronisation not working properly

Question

I am on Mac having latest Lr versions installed but synchronisation doesn't work correct as synchronisation doesn't sync all photos. It seems to stuck on some pictures and for hours the blue spinning synchronisation icon appears on lr classic.

stoping and restarting lr classic doesn't solve. As well not deleting the synchronisation file which is in same folder as catalog.

hence wondering what needs to be done

Hi tschnurr. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Where do you keep your Lightroom catalog? On an internal or external drive? Do you have a recent catalog backup?

1. Check if you can see sync images in Lightroom Web https://adobe.ly/3XMQZyH

2. Initializing Sync can be kick-started when you restart Lightroom Classic maybe a couple of times.

If that isn't working for you, please share the system info of Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload as an attachment here.
