I see a misunderstanding. Adobe does publish a few, a very few plugins for Lightroom. Either to work with other Adobe products/services (Adobe Stock comes to mind) or in a few cases as a collaboration with other company's (I think about 4 of which one no longer works, the facebook one)

They do not create the plugins for many many bits of software by other company's.

It is not Adobe's responsibility to fix other company's programming, and note that Adobe did not break them, Apple did.

It is not Apples responsibility to fix them, and note Apple did this (preventing 32 bit apps from running in Catalina) for cyber security reasons.

The plugins are not the property of Adobe or Apple.

Oh, NOT AN ADOBE EMPLOYEE

That is true but Print Studio Pro is a plug-in to Lightroom and to be able to use the Canon plug-in, Adobe needs to update to allow Canon's Print Studio Pro to be used in Lightroom.

No, Canon needs to create the plug-in. Canon software, for Canon Printer. And it will probably come with a new Canon driver (for your printer)

Check at Canon for new drivers for your printer.
