Mac Pro 2013 GPU problems (AMD Radeon HD - FirePro D500)

GPU support seems not to work on my system. I have already tried a lot. Also to force the use of openGL instead of using metal. Everything without success.

With GPU support turned on, the system in the development module is much slower than with GPU support turned off.

Is the AMD Radeon HD - FirePro D500 fully supported?

Even though support is enabled, I see no load on the GPU in the performance monitor when I move sliders in the development module. No matter which.

What can I do to take advantage of GPU performance?

Regards

Markus

Most likely this GPU is too old and not supported for GPU acceleration in Lightroom.

Hmm ... I bought it at the end of 2015. It was a 5000 EUR Mac Pro. GPU Works with Photoshop, OpenGL V4.1 is supported.

I really hope, that "It's to old" is not the last word that I hear about that issue ;-)

Any idea who I can ask?

How does the purchase data matter? This is a 2013 computer, with 2013 hardware.
