MAC Screen of Death while working in LIGHTROOM

I seem to be experiencing the MAC screen of death when working in Lightroom. has occurred during downloading of pictures from Camera to Hard drive and while browsing the LIBRARY.  See Error Info Below, Any HELP GREATLY appreciated.

    I'm not an expert of these logs, but it looks like this may have something to do with Paragon Software NTFS. This is third party software that makes it possible for MacOS X to read and write to NTFS drives. Are you sure this is up to date?

    Actually that software allows Mac OS X the ability to Write to NTFS formatted drives. OS X can Read NTFS drives natively.

    Yes, I know, but I didn't think it was relevant for the problem to go into that kind of detail.
