Macbook Pro 16 - 2019 - GPU externe Razer Core X Chroma and AMD graphics card

Hello,
I am a graphic designer and photographer. I work on a MacBookPro16,1 - Intel Core i9 8 cores - 2,3 GHz - 8 cores - AMD Radeon Pro 5500M... + a BenQ Photographer Monitor SW270C 27.
I use applications like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop... sometimes Premiere Pro.
To relieve my laptop which heats up a lot with the monitor connected, and to improve the performance of Adobe applications, I'm considering buying an external GPU box Razer Core X Chroma Tunderbolt 3.
Can you recommend me an AMD graphics card powerful enough to be useful for my photography, graphics and some video work?
I specify that I do not play video games.
