Can I install an older version of Lightroom Classic to work with Catalina ?

In the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, only the two latest major versions are available, So currently v12 and v13.

To access a install for prior to v12 you will need to contact Adobe and ask for a link. They will provide a temporary link.
