J'ai fait la maj MacOS ventura 13,4,1 (c) aujourd'hui mais depuis LrC ne se lance plus, l'application ne répond pu. (je suis sur mac m1)

Do you see Lightroom Classic in the Activity Monitor? Where is the catalog stored at the moment? In the internal drive or the external drive?

Try these steps to get Lightroom Classic to launch:

Reset Lightroom Classic following the second (manual) method from this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html
Ensure Lightroom Classic has the required permissions on macOS: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/quick-tips-how-to-give-full-disk-access-to-lightroom-classic-on-macos/td-p/12913413
Press the OPT when launching Lightroom Classic & choose the option to create a new catalog and create a new one on the internal drive.
If the above step does not launch Lightroom Classic, go to the following location to launch Photoshop via the terminal.
In Finder > Application Folder > Lightroom Classic > Right-click on Lightroom.app > Show Package Contents > Contents > macOS > Lightroom - double click to open.
