While preparing to import files to a New Catalog, the "Make a Second Copy To:" option is no longer (highlighted) working.

    "Make a Second Copy to:" is not available for the Add option. You didn't include that part of the screen in your screenshot but I suspect you've chosen the Add option.

      As File Renaming is missing, I'd agree.
