I am new (today) to Lightroom. I edited a picture for Shutterstock but now want to save a copy of my original so I can make another edited b&w version. How do I go about that? Thank you...

Welcome to Lightroom! Meet Virtual Copy : )

Select an image > right click and create a virtual copy. Lightroom will make a copy that only exists in Lr which means that it is not going to add to storage demands. You can make multiple versions with different looks and it won't change your original. All edits are non-destructive... you've likely heard that before. Have fun and be sure to check out all of the free tutorials from Julieann Kost and Terry White. Lynda.com has great tuts too.

Thank you so much for your reply.  It looks like I replied that I found the tutorials just when you replied. Again, thank you!
