Manual Slideshow Issue

"Manual mode does not support these settings" is what is shown in Lightroom Classic CC (2015.12) slideshow. I have turned everything off and I still am not allowed to run a slideshow with timing I want. I am doing this from a smart catalog. Does that matter?

What is smart catalog? Do you mean from photos in a smart collection?

Does slideshow work from an ordinary collection?
