I only know of the html version. https://helpx.adobe.com/support/lightroom-classic.html which can be displayed in French

 

There is a PDF from 2018 (in other words, 6 years out of date) in English which you can find on the Internet, I am not aware of more up to date PDFs.

Building on @dj_paige's reply, Adobe stopped providing PDF versions of the LR Classic manual years ago.  However, I highly recommend the book Lightroom Classic: The Missing FAQ, available in both hardcopy and PDF. It's where I go first to find authoritative information on how something works in LR.
