Map module and sync are off-line in my Lightroom classic 12.0.1

First off all, I'm sorry that English isn't my main language, hope you can understand my problem.  

After upgrading to 12.0.1, I've a issue of connection to adobe server with Lightroom classic. The map module shows off-line and sync isn't working. I've tried turning off the firewall, anti-virus, but in vain. However, Lightroom CC is working perfectly. (I mean the cloud sync. didn't see the map module in LRCC).

Does anyone have the same problem? How to fix it?
