Mask function does not succeed in detecting air

Question

While using a desktop pc, Lightroom gives an error informing you that Lightroom did not find air while using the mask option. When you login using a laptop or mobile phone, Lightroom detects air while using the same photo. Does anybody know why mask option (detecting air) does not work properly on a desktop pc which was b  egg ing bought one year ago?

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
