Masking Editing Options

When we want to edit masks, there's only the basic option to choose from right?

Is there a way that I can edit other options (e.g. tone curve, color grading, HSL, etc.) on a selected mask only?

Not at this time, although a Tone Curve dedicated to editing masks was added to Camera Raw in last major update released October of last year. While there is no guarantee, Lightroom Classic and Desktop usually gain the same features within 3-6 months.
