Masking no longer works

When I want to use background mask (AI) it looks likes it starts (small box on the left pops up for a second or 2) and then it dissapear. Same with selecting people in masks. He won't find any people, while there is a whole person in the whole photo, can't miss it. And it doesn't say it can't find people, it just doesn't do it. It stays empty. 

It worked perfectly till I updated to 15.2. Want my previous version back, can't work like this.

    @Corine-fotografie, let’s cut to the chase: Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    You can downgrade by clicking on the three dots next to the Open button in the Creative Cloud app.

     

    If you want help to solve this, then give more information. We need to know your hardware specs and what version of Windows or MacOS you run on that hardware.

    If you are using Windows, then problems like this are almost always caused by outdated GPU drivers. Check the website of your GPU manufacturer for driver updates. If you use a Ndvia GPU (I don’t see the GPU mentioned in this list), then make sure you install the Studio drivers, not the Game Ready drivers.
