masks don't work for unknown error

Good morning

I haven't found any other thread with my problem and I need help. I am going crazy. I changed PC 2 weeks ago and LR has always worked fine. two days ago the masks started not working and it gave me error. From that moment in the development module, the photos do not load. I have updated the gpu drivers, installed LR 3 times but nothing has changed. I found that in "performance" the graphics processor goes into "protection" and that the graphics acceleration is blocked by LR due to an error. I can't do any deactivation work. when I do it manually on the file in "appdata", LR works for 30 seconds but then comes back to block everything. I report below the characteristics of my pc (sorry, the info are in italian).
