Me está fallando mucho ligthroom y photoshop , hace dias no he recibido actualizaciones. Les pasa?

No se porque no recibo actualizaciones , me presenta falla los programas , no me visualiza los cambios que le hago a la foto, hasta que me toca cerrar el programa y volver a abrirlo. Requiero una respuesta y solucion gracias.

La ultima es 14.1.1 de ligthroom classic , pero está presentando muchas fallas . Si escribo es para recibir una solución , pues para eso pago! No puedo estar cerrando y abriendo el programa cada 5 minutos para que funcione.
