Menu does not appear in full, after exporting with secondary screen activated

I use Lr with a secondary screen. When exporting:
I launch the export, the menu changes and once the export is complete, the top menu does not return to the original state.
I have to click on the photo to find back the full menu.

I also have stability problems on the 2nd screen, especially with videos.

With just one screen, no problems.

    If I understand the video you produced, I cannot replicate this failure.  The Menu returns immediately on its own to the Primary Screen. 

    Sometimes weird behavior is caused by a bad preference file. I would recommend resetting. 

    This procedure works for both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.

    If you are using Lightroom Desktop, it can change your local storage location. Please review this setting after resetting preferences. 

     

    Reset Procedure:

    1. Close Lightroom.

    2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.

    3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.

    4. Close Lightroom.

    5. Restart Lightroom.
