Menu issue in preset, sanpshot and history tab LrC

Hi 
As you can see on the phot since yesterdays crash of lightroom my tabs for presets and others are not working-you can see that i expanded them but withouth anything showing up. I have removed and reinstaled everytrhing but without any sucess...any ideas and advises will be greatly apreciated
