Merge to HDR Pro in Photoshop

Lightroom Classic 12.5

Camera Raw 15.5

Photoshop 24.7.0

Select images in Lightoom (Develop), right click, choose Edit in - Merge to HDR Pro on Photoshop.

Photoshop opens.

Images do not appear. Nothing happens.

Has worked flawlessly for ages. Now, nothing.
