message ‘cannot read the file’

I sometimes get the message "cannot read the file" on ORF files of my Olympus OM1, so I cannot edit the photo. In some cases the problem is solved when I restart Lightroom, but not always. what could this be?

Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

 

At what step in Lightroom or Lightroom Classic does this happen? What is the complete unedited word-for-word error message?

het gebeurd in Lightroom Classic versie 14.1.1, het maakt niet uit of ik in Bibliotheek of ontwikkelmodus ben. plotseling is er dan één of meer foto's die dan deze melding geven, terwijl andere foto's in dezelfde map uit dezelfde serie dit probleem niet hebben (zie bijlage).
