Message d'erreur exportation : une erreur indéterminé s'est produite

Bonjour à tous. 

 

Depuis quelques temps j'ai ce message d'erreur qui s'affiche sur certains de mes exports

Il apparait de temps en temps et ce quelque soit le type d'export (Jpeg, TIFF, 1980px ou full...)

Je tente de changer quelques réglages de nom, taille, format... impossible d'exporter. 

J'ai essayé de créer une copie virtuelle puis de l'exporter, idem. 

Cela m'arrive aussi bien lorsque j'exporte en lot qu'à l'unité. 

 

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème ?

    Hey, @Loic3270736934ip. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Are you using presets for export? Share a screenshot of your export settings.

     

    Where do you keep your Lightroom Catalog & the images? On the internal or external drive? Does it export as expected without a watermark?  

     

    If you're using a graphic watermark,

    • Go to the Watermark preset preview window in Edit > Watermarks

    • Save it again as a separate preset temporarily.

    • Export from Lightroom Classic.

     

    If this does not help, try this:

    • Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://adobe.ly/43rvyUL

    Bonjour, je rencontrais le même problème et en effet en "Accédant à Lightroom > Préférences > Performances > Utiliser le processeur graphique > Désactivez-le s'il est sur Personnalisé ou Auto." cela fonctionne. Comment ce fait il qu'Adobe n'est pas encore résolu ce problème? Cordialement Jacques
