Metadata for OM-1 not showing up in Library filter

I just did a search using the Metadata tab in the Library filter & found that while my OM-1 camera is listed in the Cameras column, it shows only 84 pix, which is hundreds of images less than I know I have. Also, the Lenses column does not list my two prime lenses (60 & 90mm).

All of this information is shown in the Metadata pallette in the Library module. Why does LrC not see it & how can I rectify that?

I'm using a Mac w/OS14.7.1 and LrC vs 14.1.1.

Thanks for any insight.

Do these precise troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart LR.

2. Select All Photographs.

3. Make sure the menu item File > Library Filters > Enable Filters is unchecked.

4. Do the menu command Photo > Stacking > Expand All Stacks.

5. Open the Library Filter bar's Metadata browser and configure it to have exactly one column, Camera. Is a plausible number shown for the OM-1?

6. If not, try deleting the Helper.lrdata folder:

a) Do Catalog Settings > General > Show to open Finder / File Explorer on the current catalog folder.
b) Exit LR.
c) In that folder, delete the folder "<catalog> Helper.lrdata".
d) Restart LR, and it will rebuild the folder.

The Helper.lrdata folder caches information about metadata, keywords, folders, collections, and other things to speed the performance of LR and it can sometimes get corrupted. In recent versions, LR has used it more heavily to improve the speed of displaying metadata, and there have been a fair number of bugs with it.

When I had done the search, I had chosen "All Photographs" in the Catalog section of the right panel, but neglected to notice that there was a Date column in the Metadata search that did not have "All Photographs" checked; it was set to some other critieria that was not showing because I had that window too small. Once I deleted that column, all the data I was looking for showed up.

Thank you so very much!
