Metadata Problem after renaming

Hi,

After I rename photos in my catalogue, I get the message

"metadata for this photo has been changed by another application" and in the metadata panel it says the metadata has been changed outside of LR.

However, I have not changed the said files in any other way outside of LR

It seems this problem is here only with the newest version, it wasn't there before.

LR Classic 13.1, Mac OS 14.2.1. My Catalogue is on a external SSD, and so are all my photos.

Has anyone experienced this problem, too.
