Meu lightroom está dando erro no catálogo

Já exclui e instalei novamente, já apaguei o que manda no site e nada resolve. 

sempre que abro o light vem essa mensagem e não consigo usar.

In that screenshot, bottom left, in the Windows taskbar,  what is that alert? Apparently 3 issues. Is an OS issue occurring?

The translation does not decode the on screen LrC message. 

If that means the catalog is bad, try a backup.
