Migrating to New PC

I am planning for migration to a new PC.   I'm actually going from Win 7 to Win 10, but I suspect that is not hugely relevant other than I should presumably begin with a clean install on the new machine.

I'm mainly using LR Classic CC (8.1) and that would be the focus of the initial migration.    I have also used the old pre CC LR 5, but I think Im weaned off that.   Ill deal with it down the road should the need arise.

What I'm looking for is a basic check list of what I need to do.  I havent found a proper checklist when i search forums google etc just various posts on one aspect or another.

I presume the 1st step is to install LR Classic CC on the new machine.   Will there be any issues with having LR on two machines?

Do I then just quit LR and copy the catalog* to the new computer C: drive, restart LR and make sure the Library is pointing at the right external USB (E:\__PHOTO NEW_LIBRARY   ... 'new' refers to my originally moving into LR a few years back).

*  Thats the folder  Pictures/Lightroom containing  lrdata and lrcat files, yes?

Are there any other folders or files (settings, configuration whatever) that need to be copied over?

Eg  ..\AppData\Adobe\Lightroom

and ..AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom

(I also have Photoshop Acrobat & Flash to set up .... I note the Roaming\Adobe folder has a ton of stuff in it - shouid I just copy the whole thing?)
